Return PolicyWe offer warranties on all items, subject to the policies below and our Terms of Sale. To help prevent delays or problems when ordering, please make sure you:
While Shock Shop USA stands behind all products we sell, and wants your repeat business. However, all sales are final. If we have made a mistake, we will exchange the merchandise at no cost to you. If the mistake was the customer's, the customer agrees to pay all freight charges for the returned and replaced items. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the returned items or damage incurred at the customer's location or during return shipment. There will be no exchanges or refunds for abuse or noticeable physical damage if we determine the damage happened ON the vehicle. All claims regarding damage, requests for exchange, return authorization, or similar must be made via e-mail, fax, or postal mail. DO NOT return any shocks without first notifying us of the problem, and obtaining authorization for return. THERE ARE NO exceptions to this rule.
